Is the Starter plan really free forever?
Yes. No monthly fees, no hidden charges, no credit card required. You only pay processing fees when customers make payments through your venue.
How do the processing fees work?
In-person payments via EFTPOS are charged at 1.8% per transaction. Once your monthly volume reaches A$10,000, the rate drops to 1.6%. Online payments are charged at 2.2%. Alternatively, you can rent the EFTPOS terminal for A$29/month (inc GST) and lock in the 1.6% in-person rate regardless of volume. For very high volumes, contact us for custom rates.
Can I switch between free and rented EFTPOS?
Yes. You can switch between the free terminal (volume-based rates) and the A$29/month rental (flat 1.6% in-person rate) at any time from your dashboard. Online payment rates remain at 2.2% regardless. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
What happens when I upgrade?
All your data carries over instantly. You unlock new features straight away. Growth plan comes with a 14-day free trial so you can try before committing.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. No lock-in contracts. Downgrade or cancel from your dashboard anytime.
Can I get custom processing rates?
